NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Warson Woods, Missouri, will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to the City’s zoning regulations on April 21, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. The public hearing will be held at the Warson Woods City Hall, 10015 Manchester Road, Warson Woods, Missouri 63122
The public hearing will be held in regard to a proposed amendment to the Municipal Code of the City of Warson Woods, Missouri, Section 415.060(A)(7), pertaining to accessory storage structures.
Any and all interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing. Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the hearing. The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider the request in accordance with the standards set forth in the City’s zoning code and applicable state law.
A copy of the proposed amendment is available for review at the office of the City Clerk during regular business hours.
