The City of Warson Woods, Missouri, will receive sealed Bids for the Warson Woods Drive and Forest View Bridge Project via QuestCDN’s vBid service until 2:00 PM (CST) on June 23, 2026. All complete, timely Bids will be virtually opened at 2:00 PM (CST) on June 23, 2026.

Bidding Documents are available for download at the Shive-Hattery Plan QuestCDN Room or at www.QuestCDN.com, Quest Number 9979109, at no charge. Registration as a plan holder is required for addenda notifications, Bid updates, and access to vBid online bidding. The proposed work includes furnishing all materials, tools, equipment, and labor to construct Warson Woods Drive from Andrew Drive to North Drive and the Forest View Bridge, including PCC roadway, structural bridge deck, drainage improvements, and related appurtenances.

Bidders must meet Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) “Contractor” requirements at least seven (7) days prior to Bid opening, per St. Louis County Standard Specifications. A Performance Bond and Payment and Materials Bond are required from the selected Bidder.

The Project is anticipated to be awarded on June 30, 2026, to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. No Bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after receipt. Notice to Proceed is expected on or about July 1, 2026, or shortly thereafter.

All labor must meet the prevailing hourly wage rate for similar local work, per the U.S. Department of Labor and Industrial Relations or Missouri Division of Labor Standards, whichever is higher. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal is 0%. No trainee hours are required.

The City ensures that businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals may fully submit Bids and will not face discrimination based on race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin.

Bidders must review all Bidding Documents and submit a properly executed Bid with all required forms. Incomplete submission will not be considered a valid Bid.
